Is there really no card required?+
Correct. Sign up, get the 14-day trial, use everything. We ask for billing details only when you choose to continue.
What happens after the trial?+
Your venue stays in read-only mode for 30 days while you decide. Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan and you're back live instantly.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. Hardware credits transfer.
What does an AI credit cost?+
It's a unit of AI work — a demand forecast is 3 credits, menu engineering is 5, an AI price suggestion is 1. Top-ups available from your platform admin.
Do you support multiple currencies?+
Plans are billed in AED. Tenant invoicing to your customers can be in any GCC currency (AED, SAR, KWD, QAR, BHD, OMR).
Can I bring my own hardware?+
On Starter, yes — bring any Android/iPad with a Bluetooth scanner. On Pro+ we ship a pre-paired bundle so you just plug in and ring up.
